They think if they move their sofa or garden pot their back is going to give way. Or they think if they lift weights they'll turn into Arnold Schwarzenegger. Or maybe they just find the weights section too intimidating. The sad thing is one of the fastest ways to make our bodies more resilient is to add some load, so weights shouldn't be avoided.
